Thank you for shopping with Arugot ORganic USAUSA. This Shipping & Returns Policy explains how we process orders, ship products, and handle returns, refunds, and exchanges.


1. Order Processing

Orders are processed during regular business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Most orders are processed within  1–3 business days after payment is received.

During sales, holidays, product launches, or busy periods, processing may take longer.

You will receive an email confirmation after placing your order. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email.


2. Shipping Locations

Arugot USA currently ships to:

5. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Arugot USA is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes after an order has been processed or shipped.


6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order is shipped, the package is in the care of the shipping carrier.

Arugot USA is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package is delayed or marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please first contact the shipping carrier using your tracking number.

You may also contact us, and we will do our best to help.


7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within [Insert Timeframe, Example: 7 days] of delivery.

Returns & Refunds

8. Return Window

9. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened skincare products
  • Used products
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items
  • Sale or clearance items, unless stated otherwise
  • Products not purchased directly from Arugot USA
  • Items returned without approval
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage

10. How to Start a Return

If your return is approved, we will send return instructions.

Do not send products back without approval. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.


11. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Arugot USA is not responsible for return packages that are lost in transit.


12. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Shipping fees, return shipping costs, and gift wrapping fees are usually non-refundable.

15. Refused or Returned Packages

If a package is refused, returned due to an incorrect address, or not picked up from the carrier, we may refund the product cost after the package is returned to us.

Shipping fees may not be refunded.

Additional shipping fees may apply if you want the order resent.


16. International Orders

If international shipping is offered, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or brokerage fees required by their country.

Arugot USA is not responsible for customs delays or fees.

If an international package is refused or returned due to unpaid customs fees, shipping charges may not be refunded.


17. Products Purchased From Other Retailers

This policy only applies to products purchased directly from the Arugot USA website.

If you purchased Arugot products from another store, marketplace, spa, retailer, or third-party seller, please contact that seller directly for returns or refunds.
