Arugot began with a simple question:
What are we really putting on our skin every day?
During her first pregnancy, founder Esther Lachman began looking more closely at the products in her home. They did not match the natural life she and her husband, Itay, were trying to build.
So she began making her own.
What started in a family kitchen grew into Arugot: organic farm-to-skin care made with plants, oils, and deep respect for the body.
The name Arugot means garden beds in Hebrew — a place where plants are tended, nourished, and given time to grow. That same idea guides everything we create today.
Arugot is rooted in our farm in southern Israel.
This is where many of our plants are grown, harvested, and brought into the products we make. The farm shapes our ingredients, our pace, and the way we think about care.
It is also a place of learning.
Students come to study aromatherapy and natural care with Esther, learning how to work with plants in a thoughtful, practical, and respectful way.
For us, farm-to-skin is not just a phrase.
It is the way we work — from the soil to the final product.
